The DeLand campus, just 25 miles from Daytona Beach and 35 miles from Orlando, is home to the College of Arts & Sciences, School of Business Administration, and School of Music. The College of Law is located in St. Petersburg/Gulfport, the Tampa Law Center is in downtown Tampa and the Stetson University Center at Celebration is in the Orlando area.

There are more than 60 majors and minors leading to the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music Education or Bachelor of Business Administration degrees. Master's degrees are offered by the School of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Administration and the College of Arts & Sciences in Education, English and Counseling. The Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in International Law and Business are offered by the College of Law, which guarantees admission to Stetson undergraduates who meet challenging academic requirements. A joint Juris Doctor-Master of Business Administration (JD-MBA) program with the School of Business Administration allows students to earn both degrees in a shorter time than would otherwise be required.
